Ways to Support the Essential Needs Baby Pantry
Our Essential Needs Baby Pantry operates solely on volunteers and donations.
The items we need the most are:
Below are a few ways you can support our baby pantry.
Blue Wagon
If you would like to purchase items and drop them off at Holy Family, there is a blue wagon located in the Narthex to drop off items.
If you feel more comfortable bringing your donation to the church office, we are open from 9:00 am – 12:30 pm and 1:30 pm – 5:00 pm. We are closed for lunch between 12:30 pm and 1:30 pm.
Baby Bottle Change Collection
Our volunteers came up with a clever idea to help defray the costs of our baby pantry by having everyone contribute to the ministry by filling a baby bottle with their pocket change. Bottles can be found in the Narthex.
Once your bottle is full, you can bring it to the Parish Office Monday – Friday from 9:00 am – 12:30 pm and 1:30 pm – 5:00 pm.
This is a year round, ongoing collection.
Amazon Wish List
Life can be busy! Getting to a physical store and then to the church to drop off items isn’t always feasible. With that in mind, an Amazon Wish List was created with our most needed items. You can have it shipped straight to Holy Family at the attention of the head of the baby pantry, Jane Thelen.
You can find our Amazon Wish List here.
Abundant
For online monetary donations, you can give via the church’s offertory website, Abundant. Just make sure to write “Essential Needs Baby Pantry” or “Baby Pantry” on the memo line.
You can find the online giving website here.
Spread the Word
We can’t help people if people don’t know about us!
Whether it be a mother in need or someone willing to donate, feel free to tell everyone you meet about our Essential Needs Baby Pantry.
Pray
We give thanks every day to God for providing us with the inspiration and means to run the Essential Needs Baby Pantry.
Please pray for us to continue to be able to serve the community through generous donors. Most importantly, please pray for families in need to be guided to our baby pantry so we may be able to help alleviate some of the stress in their lives.
