The fall campaign will take place from September 23 through November 1 in front of Planned Parenthood at 425 Cherry Street SE in Grand Rapids. This facility now provides abortions as well as dispensing the abortion pill. Dozens of area churches have adopted a day of prayer, and Holy Family&#8217;s day is\u00a0<strong>Tuesday, October 20, 2026<\/strong> from\u00a0<strong>7:00 am to 1:00 pm.\u00a0<\/strong>Our goal is to send at least two volunteers to pray during each of the one hour shifts that day.<\/p>\n<p>If this is something you feel called to do, please contact the parish office at 616-887-8222 and they will direct you to the person in charge of scheduling.<\/p>\n<p>For those not able to participate in person on October 6th, please set aside a few minutes that day to pray for an end to abortion.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>40 Days for Life is a pro-life effort that consists of 40 days of praying, fasting, and holding a peaceful vigil in front of an abortion facility.
