{"id":35265,"date":"2026-04-21T12:32:49","date_gmt":"2026-04-21T17:32:49","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.holyfamilysparta.org\/?page_id=35265"},"modified":"2026-04-23T14:53:32","modified_gmt":"2026-04-23T19:53:32","slug":"support","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/www.holyfamilysparta.org\/?page_id=35265","title":{"rendered":"Support The Essential Needs Baby Pantry"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Ways to Support the Essential Needs Baby Pantry<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Our Essential Needs Baby Pantry operates solely on volunteers and donations.<\/p>\n<p>The items we need the most are:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Diapers &#8211; Sizes 4,5,6,&amp; 7<\/li>\n<li>Wipes<\/li>\n<li>Ointments and Creams<\/li>\n<li>Baby Shampoo and Body Wash<\/li>\n<li>Formula &#8211; Enfamil Gentlease<\/li>\n<li>Dreft Baby Laundry Soap<\/li>\n<li>Bath Towels and Wash Cloths<\/li>\n<li>Monetary Donations to Restock High Demand Items or Purchase Large Items in Need<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Below are a few ways you can support our baby pantry.<\/p>\n<h3>In Person Giving<\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>Blue Wagon<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>If you would like to purchase items and drop them off at Holy Family, there is a\u00a0<strong>blue wagon<\/strong> located in the Narthex to drop off items.<\/p>\n<p>If you feel more comfortable bringing your donation to the church office, we are open from 9:00 am &#8211; 12:30 pm and 1:30 pm &#8211; 5:00 pm. We are closed for lunch between 12:30 pm and 1:30 pm.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>Baby Bottle Change Collection<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Our volunteers came up with a clever idea to help defray the costs of our baby pantry by having everyone contribute to the ministry by filling a baby bottle with their pocket change. Bottles can be found in the Narthex.<\/p>\n<p>Once your bottle is full, you can bring it to the Parish Office Monday &#8211; Friday from 9:00 am &#8211; 12:30 pm and 1:30 pm &#8211; 5:00 pm.<\/p>\n<p><em>This is a year round, ongoing collection.<\/em><\/p>\n<h3>Online Giving<\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>Amazon Wish List<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Life can be busy! Getting to a physical store and then to the church to drop off items isn&#8217;t always feasible. With that in mind, an <a href=\"https:\/\/www.amazon.com\/hz\/wishlist\/ls\/2KUTXZ6Y8LO1F\/ref=hz_ls_biz_ex\">Amazon Wish List<\/a> was created with our most needed items. You can have it shipped straight to Holy Family at the attention of the head of the baby pantry, Jane Thelen.<\/p>\n<p>You can find our Amazon Wish List\u00a0<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.amazon.com\/hz\/wishlist\/ls\/2KUTXZ6Y8LO1F\/ref=hz_ls_biz_ex\">here<\/a>.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>Abundant<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>For online monetary donations, you can give via the church&#8217;s offertory website, Abundant. Just make sure to write &#8220;Essential Needs Baby Pantry&#8221; or &#8220;Baby Pantry&#8221; on the memo line.<\/p>\n<p>You can find the online giving website\u00a0<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/abundant.co\/holyfamilyparish\/give\">here<\/a>.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<h3>Other Ways To Support<\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>Spread the Word<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>We can&#8217;t help people if people don&#8217;t know about us!<\/p>\n<p>Whether it be a mother in need or someone willing to donate, feel free to tell everyone you meet about our Essential Needs Baby Pantry.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>Pray<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>We give thanks every day to God for providing us with the inspiration and means to run the Essential Needs Baby Pantry.<\/p>\n<p>Please pray for us to continue to be able to serve the community through generous donors.
